Product Description:

The pre-painted steel sheet in coil is a product manufactured by subjecting a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet to a surface chemical treatment (coating).

The base of the ppgi/ppgl is composed of cold-rolled steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel and hot-dipped galvalume steel. Different coatings are used for this product, including polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride and high-durability polyester.

Features:

Prepainted steel sheet is composed of a steel core, a metal coating, a primer, and a top coat. The metal coating is usually Galvanized or Galvalume (Aluzinc), which is first treated on the surface. After that, paint coating is applied, followed by baking and cooling, to form an organic protective film on the steel substrate. The prepainted steel sheet has strong durability, corrosion resistance, decoration, and formability.

Furthermore, the sheet can be used in various advanced forming operations, such as roll forming, bending, and deep drawing. It is also easy to process via cutting, roll forming, bending, and folding. Moreover, it has great mechanical properties and flexibility, while still offering good aesthetics and paintability.
