Product Description:

The base metal for this product is cold-rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel or hot dipped galvalume steel. The coating material used is usually a range of specialized polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride or high-durability polyester.

Features:

Prepainted steel sheet is made up of a steel core, a coating, a primer and a top coat. The steel substrate is covered in an organic protective film once it has gone through a surface pre-treatment, paint coating, baking and cooling. The sheet is noted for its strength, corrosion resistance, formability and decorative properties.

Prepainted steel sheet is ideal for more complex forming processes like roll forming, bending and deep drawing. It can also be cut, roll formed, bent and folded.
