Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of coating a steel sheet or iron sheet with a protective layer of zinc to prevent rusting. The steel is first washed with acid and then passed through a zinc pot before the layer of zinc is applied to the surface. The finished product thickness is 0.11-2mm. The width of the product is 600-1500mm with a coil inner diameter of 508mm or 610mm. The galvanizing process is mature and only advanced and practical production technologies are used. The aim is to maximize productivity, the quality of the product and reduce pollution and consumption.
